GTPP Lawyer Speaks at New Hampshire Bar Association Presentation
Terry Tucker, a partner with Grossman, Tucker, Perreault & Pfleger, PLLC, was a featured speaker at "IP Law for the General Practitioner" presented on June 3, 2009 at the New Hampshire Bar Center. Ms. Tucker spoke on the topics of trademark law and copyright law. The focus of the program was to provide non-IP lawyers with a basic understanding of the various facets of IP law and how to spot issues and avoid pitfalls in counseling their clients. Approximately 50 lawyers attended the session which also was broadcast live via the internet to additional lawyers
